The advisory suggestions issued as part of the services are purely recommendations from Palak Nagpal and the client is advised to obtain expert medical advice before implementing the recommendations. Palak Nagpal will not be responsible for any consequences the client may suffer on account of (a) misdiagnosis / faulty judgment / interpretation errors / perception error arising from (i) client’s failure to provide correct and / or complete clinical information / history about the patient in timely and clinically appropriate manner; or (ii) suppression of material facts; or (iii) client’s failure to provide relevant clinical information about the patient; or (iv) misinterpretation of the advice / prescription / diagnosis by client; or (v) failure to follow their doctor’s advice / prescription by client.

In no event shall Palak Nagpal be responsible for any third-party misuse of the data and for any acts, deeds and circumstances beyond the control of the management of Palak Nagpal. The client agrees and acknowledges that the client and/or its representatives are solely responsible for their conduct.

Palak Nagpal provides the services on an “as is” basis and expressly disclaims all representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the operations of the Website/App and the consultancy services, the information, content, and services provided through or in connection with the Website/App and the consultancy services.
